90 days and counting until Ironman AZ 70.3 in Tempe. WOW! It is coming up fast. Didn’t I just finish St. George 70.3?
I have never done a 70.3 outside of Utah or traveled this distance for a race before. It’s time to get serious, 90 days is not that long. As a matter of fact, 90 days and it will almost be Halloween. WHAT?!
I’ve been working out, but between my crazy work schedule and our family trips, my training has been about 70% on target. Plus, a week in California with the family doesn’t help. While Disneyland was super fun and relaxing and even though we walked over 25 miles in the Disneyland park, the volume of food we consumed was crazy! I feel bloated and yucky.
So……. that being said….
…my eating, training and cross training WILL to be on target. No excuses. I WILL show up to AZ ready to race! Here’s to the next 90 days.
My 90 day challenge is:
- Daily accountability for food and training
- Sleep a priority
- I will not miss a workout
- Plan my meals each week and eat 100%. No sugar or sweets for 90 days.
- Take weekly progress pictures, measurements and weigh in
My goal is to PR my AZ70.3, making it my best half and lose 10 lbs.
